Spotted: Blair Waldorf is seen walking down the streets of New York in one of Abigail Lorick’s creations. Or is this just what Leighton Meester happened to wear to set while she was filming Gossip Girl’s ninth episode of season one, “Blair Waldorf Must Pie!”
